Launched in August 2023, Barnabas offers supplementary care for Acts2 Network team members. Staff members in their late 30s to 50s get to bless and support younger ones with their life and ministry experiences. Network team members can receive equipping through coaching, marriage support, growth groups, and support groups. Click on each offering to get more info and to sign up! We offer 1-on-1 life coaching with Barnabas coaches who have been certified in Christian Leadership Coaching (CCLC) after completing 32 hours of coaching training and additional 10 hours of mentor coaching. Coaching is NOT… telling you what you should do, dispensing of wisdom, or even counseling you. Coaching IS… “A conversation that leads to awareness, which leads to action, which leads to change.” It involves the following skills of the coach: Active Listening, Powerful Questioning, Creative Awareness. Individuals can receive up to 3 sessions of 30-45 min. each.
