Description
Equips those who have limited discretionary time to develop healthy habits and capacity expanding habits. Learn to build small habits (health-related & bandwidth-related) that will be stacked with existing habits (i.e., making bed, brewing coffee). Some examples include daily stretching, adopting 50/50 rule of eating, & keeping an empty sink by end of the night. Our motto is "something is better than nothing.”

Testimonials
Every week that I attend, I feel so encouraged to keep persevering in being like that diligent Proverbs 31 woman.
I saw the power of little. By changing my mindset to doing something is better than nothing mindset, I saw how I can incorporate habits that change the way I eat, be more active, and creating bandwidth for my life by just sticking to something small and doable and build from there. I feel very motivated to keep on doing these habits and add on more.
The motto ‘something is better than nothing’ and habit stacking has helped me to just incorporate some stretching, one healthy meal, and writing out to-do. It didn't feel like a time-consuming, impossible task, but just something small that I can do each day.
This week I was potty training my son at home. Because I thought about keeping to my walking habit, I incorporated fast walking dance move to our celebration time whenever he succeeded. It helped me see that by actively thinking about how to incorporate more physical activity and by planning ahead, it actually led to meeting the goal!
I think I haven't been eating enough veggies and therefore not getting enough nutrients in my diet for many years. I consistently wasn't able to pass the hemoglobin test to donate blood and wasn't good about taking iron supplements, so I was surprised to find that I could donate blood this time around. I think it's because I've been incorporating the 50/50 healthy eating rule and eating carbs last that I finally am getting the iron needed […].
